Tony and Maureen were excellent. I had never had my roof replaced and needed help navigating the insurance company. My insurance agent even commented that if he needed a new roof, Tony would be his guy because of how hard he worked to get me every dollar possible. The finished product looks great. They also replaced water damaged drywall inside my home and it looks good as new. I’ll be using them in the future for any roof and/or remodeling.

We recently remodeled our home with a variety of necessary changes, and Sunshine Roofing went above and beyond in every way. From the very beginning, everyone was professional, responsive, and communicative. Throughout the process the guys kept in constant communication, worked around our schedule the best they were able, and kept us updated frequently. The house looks absolutely amazing after the work was completed. The guys even scheduled an after walkthrough to verify everything was completed properly, an any of our questions were answered. Another great experience with Sunshine Roofing—and this time it wasn’t
a roof! The project was for foundation piers, siding, lighting,
fencing, and window frame painting!

Tony and Maureen were always available for questions and were often on
site to review each stage of the work. They even drove us around to
look at house colors, which was such a thoughtful extra touch.

The workers were sensitive to our requests and the cleanup was as if they were never there…except for the exceptional work left behind!

When it came to cost, we already felt their quote was fair, but when another company came in at TWICE the price, we knew we had absolutely chosen the right team.

Tony has done an outstanding job for me over the years. I’ve replaced roofs on two different homes, three times each, for a total of six full roof replacements because of the crazy hailstorms we experience in McKinney.

Every time, Tony made the whole process really hands off for me. He walked me through the insurance side, met the insurance adjuster on site, and handled everything smoothly from start to finish. He also pointed out damage that a lot of roofers would probably miss, like gutters and window screens damaged by hail, and made sure those were brought up to the adjuster.

Beyond roofing, he also handled full exterior sealing and painting on my rental (pictured) at a very fair price, and the work turned out great!

If you want someone who knows what they’re doing, communicates clearly, and actually looks out for you, I highly recommend Tony!

Just a day before an international trip, strong winds tore off number of shingles from the roof of my rental property. With rain in the forecast for the next day, I found myself in a really urgent situation—until Tony from Sunshine Roofing came to the rescue.

Despite having to drive an extra hour out of his way, Tony arrived promptly and made sure all the damaged areas were covered before the storm hit, preventing any potential water damage. While I was out of the country, his team completed the roof repair flawlessly—it looked as good as new when I returned.
