We had a few projects around the house that needed to be done. I met with a few different contractors before choosing Sunshine. Tony and Hameed were great to work with. Great communication and always quick to reply or accommodate if needed. I initially chose them because they were willing to be flexible to accommodate our needs. We opted to stay in the home while the work was ongoing. They are great at making suggestions if needed and helping steer in the right direction. We replaced the flooring in the home with engineered hardwood, we tore out and redid the primary and a guest bathroom. They repainted a few rooms for us and tackled a few smaller things while they were here. All of the crews they bring in were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves for the most part. We have other projects still on the to do list and we will be using them again in the future for when that time comes. Would definitely recommend to others for any type of project- big or small.

I cannot tell you how wonderful Sunshine Roofers are!! They are so easy to work with, super reliable, and they got it done quickly!! They worked directly with our insurance to help cover things for our roof, so we didn’t have to deal with the hassle of calling and figuring it all out. They went above and beyond to help us out. They were also so patient with us while waiting for the insurance money to come through. They are just the sweetest people, and we cannot thank them enough for how wonderful our house turned out!! We highly recommend this place to anyone getting a new roof.

Their crews work at an impressive pace — in my case, a full steep-roof replacement was completed in just two days. Cleanliness and Respect for Property: The job site was kept spotless throughout the project. Debris was removed promptly, and the crew went out of their way to protect our driveway and yard, even using magnet sweepers to clear stray nails. Communication and Project Management: Tony walked me through every detail in advance, so there were never any surprise costs. We had a great experience with Tony and Maureen a roofing company and highly recommend them. Our insurance claim was originally denied, but they took the time to guide us through the process and helped get it approved, which made a huge difference. The quality of their work on both the roof and gutters was excellent, and everything looks fantastic. Their team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. Andreas and Victor from Wash Broz did an incredible job Power washing and re-staining my fences and my garage door. Very professional, made sure I was happy with the work before they left. Another great experience with Sunshine Roofing—and this time it wasn’t a roof! The project was for foundation piers, siding, lighting, fencing, and window frame painting! Tony and Maureen were always available for questions and were often on site to review each stage of the work. They even drove us around to look at house colors, which was such a thoughtful extra touch. The workers were sensitive to our requests and the cleanup was as if they were never there…except for the exceptional work left behind! When it came to cost, we already felt their quote was fair, but when another company came in at TWICE the price, we knew we had absolutely chosen the right team. Tony has done an outstanding job for me over the years. I’ve replaced roofs on two different homes, three times each, for a total of six full roof replacements because of the crazy hailstorms we experience in McKinney. Every time, Tony made the whole process really hands off for me. He walked me through the insurance side, met the insurance adjuster on site, and handled everything smoothly from start to finish. He also pointed out damage that a lot of roofers would probably miss, like gutters and window screens damaged by hail, and made sure those were brought up to the adjuster. Beyond roofing, he also handled full exterior sealing and painting on my rental (pictured) at a very fair price, and the work turned out great! If you want someone who knows what they’re doing, communicates clearly, and actually looks out for you, I highly recommend Tony!
